Black Dog Fire Department needs Volunteers!

We are looking for dedicated men and women to join our team and help protect our community. If you want to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.

Applicant guidelines:​

• Male or female

• Good physical condition

• GED or High School diploma

• Must pass a drug test & background check

• Live within 30 minutes from the Station

• No Felony Record

• No experience required. We provide all training.

What to Expect:

• In-house training every Monday night at 6:00 pm

• Additional training with Country Corner and Sperry Fire Departments

• Training opportunities through OSU Fire Service

• All training is provided at no cost to you. The department covers all tuition.
